Fluid Motion Circuit Classes Enrolling In May

The Jungle Gym's Fluid Motion Circuit is designed uniquely for either individuals or large groups of clients. Fluid Motion in that there are no set class times therefore meaning you can come in at any time and run through the circuit. The benefit of this is that, if you are a shift worker or you cannot make a class on time, you will not miss out. You rock up and we start you in the circuit, if someone else turns up a couple of minutes later they just jump in behind the person in front of them.

The Fluid Motion Circuits is designed so that on various days EVERYONE does the same daily workout based on a circuit format.The beauty of this is on different days the circuits work various parts of the body i.e upper body, lower body, core etc. The benefit is that people don't have to think about which part of the body they want to workout. Each week the programs are changed so that you never ever do the same workout again so you are left wondering what's on for the next day.

EVERY WORKOUT INVOLVES YOUR ENTIRE BODY, BUT ON EACH DAY THE CLASS EMPHASIZES A SPECIFIC AREA


  • MONDAY - Push Pull Day

Upper body and core workout including all your stabilizer muscles




  • TUESDAY - Leg Day

Lower body from the waist down. Ladies, this is where you get your buns of steel!




  • WEDNESDAY - Core Day

Core day focuses on your entire middle both front & back, not just your abs.




  • THURSDAY & SATURDAY - Combo Day

This is the day we switch it up and mix all the workouts together. Overall body and blast.




  • FRIDAY - Power Day

Explosive movement for a full body workout H.I.T. with an emphasis on power up ASAP

The simplicity belies the intensity and for example if there are 18 stations, at anytime of the day clients can jump in with the instructor and go through the routine finish and be on their way without having to wait for timed classes to start. It's that easy.

During these circuits there will always be an instructor on the floor with you - it's like having your own personal trainer instructing and motivating you to get the best out of each workout. We even set up the circuit daily so you don't have to worry about what to do when you arrive! It's like doing Bootcamp inside without weather restrictions.
